Hi! I’m Jessica. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you sort through where you are and where you’ve been, trying to find what you genuinely want for your life.

Once we identify those big, life-changing goals, we make a plan—setting intermediary goals that will represent meaningful progress and weekly bite-size goals to help keep you moving forward.

It’s these small goals that are at the root of change, and my goal is for every session to end with one of these small steps.

My approach is particularly helpful if you feel stuck, directionless, overwhelmed, or lost.

In therapy, you can learn how to effectively manage your anxiety, shed the weight of expectations, and confidently chart a course that you want to follow.

How Therapy Works

  2. We will schedule a free consultation so you can get a feel for me and my personality.
  3. We will identify the big-picture goals you want to achieve and begin unpacking what has been holding you back.
  4. In each session, we will come up with a small, practical goal for you to make noticeable progress toward your goals.
  5. Together we will discover what works, what doesn’t, and why.
  6. You will gain insight into your problems and have the confidence to make meaningful changes in your life.
