I have some questions…

Will therapy be in-person or online?

I offer both in-person sessions at my office in Elm Grove and virtual sessions online via Telehealth (a secure video call service). I will ask your preference before we schedule our first appointment but we can always change this session to session depending on what works best for you that day.

Do you take insurance?

No I do not. I might take them in the future but right now not dealing with insurance allows me the freedom to focus more time and energy on working with my clients. I do take Medicaid though.

How much do therapy sessions cost?

Sessions are typically $100 but I do have a sliding scale that allows me to tailor the cost of sessions to your actual budget. I believe that therapy should be affordable to everyone so feel free to let me know what you can actually afford and I will gladly accommodate to your financial situation.

How do I pay for sessions?

Clients are required to put a credit, debit, or HSA card on file and you can pay for sessions that way, otherwise I also accept cash and check.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes and I typically space clients out so even if we meet in person there isn’t that awkward moment of running into other therapy clients in a waiting room or feeling the pressure to wrap things up suddenly.

How often do we meet for sessions?

We will work together to find a frequency that matches your own preferences, how intensive your care needs to be, and what works for both of our schedules. Typically clients start either weekly or every other week and over time we will start to reduce the frequency of your visits once we both feel comfortable doing so.

How do we get started?

You can either send me a message using the link below or you can email me at sullivan.therapy@gmail.com. I will need your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address to get started. Once you reach out to me, we will schedule an intake appointment where we get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy.
